ECPokerTour Barcelona 2010

ECPokerTour's first stop in 2010 was sunny Barcelona. A total of 291 players started the tournament and competed for a staggering total prize pool of €727,500. Fabrice Bachellez from France won the ECPokerTour Barcelona 2010 Main Event and took home a whopping €170,000. The tournament, including both the poker action and the after hours entertainment, was a huge success! The players who participated in this event went home eager for the next ECPokerTour tournament.

ECPokerTour Malta 2009

The ECPokerTour Malta was the 3rd edition of the EuroCityPokerTour and brought the success of the ECPokerTour name to the next level. The tournament was staged at the astounding Casino di Venezia, Malta, between November 13th and 15th, 2009. The event followed the ECPokerTour tradition and offered amazing amenities for relaxation at the 5-star Grand Hotel Excelsior and unequivocally pampered all participants with the luxurious treatment every ECPokerTour player deserves. It gathered very strong players including winner Bo Sehlstedt, who overmastered 129 other players for the 1st prize of €51,382!

ECPokerTour Salzburg 2009

The ECPokerTour's second amazing success, ECPT Salzburg, was hosted by the new Alpine Palace Card Casino in the majestic Austrian ski destination of Salbaach-Hinterglemm. ECPT participants were treated to the special relaxation opportunities in the resort to unwind after a tense day at the tables - an extensive health and spa complex, complete with 400 square meters of indoor and outdoor spas, pools and treatment rooms. The tournament revealed a dazzling display of international talent competing for the coveted Grand Prize. Player Jacob Chen pocketed €47,000 and took home the prestigious ECPT Champion Trophy!

ECPokerTour Madrid 2008

The ECPokerTour's inaugural event, ECPT Madrid, was staged at the luxurious Casino Gran in Madrid in May 2008. The tournament attracted 150 talented players from across the globe and treated players a unique taste of Spanish food and culture, while competing at the exciting world-class event. Canadian player Greg Metzak was the proud winner of the first ever ECPokerTour title, and 40,000 Euros in first prize winnings! The tournament's success hit poker headlines around the world, making it a regular and much-anticipated feature on the international poker calendar.
