1. How to participate

In order to participate in this Promotion you need to be a Moneybookers customer with VIP status and you must be 18 years or older.

You must enrol for participation in the Euro City Poker Tour before March 8th 2010 by buying in directly. You will not be eligible if you enrol in any other way.

2. Refund of Participation Fee

Moneybookers will refund your participation fee of up to € 2,500 - if you reach the final table at the Euro City Poker Tour.

3. Legal Recourse

By entering the Promotion you accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of your Participation Fee if we have reason to believe that you have breached or have tried to breach these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use of your Moneybookers account or any terms applying to your participation of the Euro City Poker Tour. All decisions by Moneybookers are final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Participants agree that no legal action may be brought against Moneybookers by any participant.

This Promotion is brought to you solely by Moneybookers Ltd. It is not made on behalf or in cooperation with the organisers or sponsors of the Euro City Poker Tour.
