The form will be distributed at the individual events by the EuroCityPokerTour or casino staff. Players' data will not be used for any commercial purpose and will not be communicated to any third party. In the event that a player fails to complete and sign the aforementioned release form the EuroCityPokerTour may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify such player anytime. If a player is disqualified, he or she shall forfeit all entry fees and will not be entitled to any tournament prize monies or any other prize consideration that he or she may otherwise have been entitled to at the point of disqualification.

SECTION III: WINNINGS

1. Players shall be informed by the EuroCityPokerTour and/or the casino of the possible ways to receive their winnings. The players assume any risk related to carrying their winnings in cash.

2. Winners are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and any other applicable fees associated with their winnings from the Tournament.

SECTION IV: TOURNAMENT RULES

1. Seating assignment will be determined by random draw based on expected participation and will not be transferable. Tournament management reserves the right to allow additional table seating beyond expected capacity. Tournament staff reserves the right to relocate players from their assigned seat to accommodate players based on special needs, and to balance tables at the start of the Tournament.

2. If the participant is not present at the start of the Tournament, all forced antes and blinds bets will be removed from an absent player's stack accordingly. If the player shows up and still has chips remaining, he or she may play those chips.

3. A draw for the button will be held at each table at the beginning of the tournament and also at the final table.

4. Players will be allocated the same number of chips as all other players and this amount bears no relation to the buy-in of the event.

5. All chips must be visible at all times.

6. A player's highest denomination chips must be kept visible at all times. Players may not hold or transport Tournament chips in any manner that takes them out of view or out of the Tournament area. A player who does so will receive a penalty as per Rule No. 36. In the case of a penalty to forfeit the chips and face disqualification, the forfeited chips will be taken out of play.

7. No foreign chips are allowed on the table except for a maximum of one card cap.

8. When it is time to color-up chips, they will be raced off with a maximum of one chip going to any player. The chip race will always start in the No 1 seat. A player cannot be raced out of a tournament. In the event that a player has only one chip left, the regular race procedure will take place. If that player loses the race, he will be given one chip of the smallest denomination still in play.

9. Betting will be in clockwise order and must be in turn. All chips put into the pot in turn stay in the pot. If a player has raised and his or her hand is killed before the raise is called, the player may be entitled to the raise back, but will forfeit the amount of the call. Any chips put into the pot out of turn fall under the action "may or may not be binding" described in Rule No. 10.

10. Verbal declarations in turn regarding wagers are binding. Players must act in turn at all times. Action out of turn may or may not be binding in the following cases:

11. If a player puts in a raise of 50% or more of the previous bet but less than the minimum raise, the player will be required to make a full raise. The raise will be exactly the minimum raise allowed.

12. A single oversized chip or multiple same-denomination chips placed into the pot with no verbal declaration will be considered a call if the player doesn't announce a raise. After the flop, an initial bet of a single oversized chip without comment will constitute the size of the bet.

13. A raise can be made by placing the full amount in the pot in one or more continuous motion(s) without going back toward the player's stack; by verbally declaring the full amount prior to the initial placement of chips into the pot or by verbally declaring "raise" prior to the placement of the amount to call into the pot and then completing the action with one additional motion back to the player's stack.

14. Over-blinds are not permitted during tournament play.

15. Under-raises are only permitted when a player is going "all-in". Less than a full raise does not re-open the betting to a player who has already acted.

16. A player must be at his or her seat by the time all players have been dealt complete initial hands to have a live hand. If the player is not in their seat then the dealer will muck their hand immediately. Players must be at their seats to call time. "At your seat" is defined as being within reach or touch of your chair.

17. All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and all action is complete.

18. Tournament play will use a 'dead button'.

19. When time has elapsed in a round and a new round is announced, the new limits apply to the next hand. A hand begins with the first riffle.

20. Players may not ask for deck changes unless a card is damaged.

21. The one-player-to-a-hand rule will be enforced. Players who violate this rule will be penalized.

22. "Rabbit hunting" is not allowed.

23. A player who intentionally dodges his blinds when moving from a broken table may forfeit the blinds and incur a penalty. The money goes to the next pot and is considered dead money.

24. Verbal declarations regarding a player's own hand are not binding and commenting on the possible contents of an opponent's hand is allowed for the purposes of the televised tournament. However, players who are not in the hand may not discuss the hand in play until all action is completed. Discussing cards discarded is not allowed.

25. No player will be allowed to expose his or her cards during a hand.

26. It is a player's responsibility to protect their own hands at all times. If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to his or her money back. An exception would be if a player raised and his raise had not been called yet. In this case he would be entitled to receive his raise back.

27. Dealers cannot kill a winning hand that was turned face up and was obviously the winning hand.

28. The Tournament Director, Managers, and Supervisors are to consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules. The Tournament Director reserves the right to overrule any floor decision.

29. In the event that two or more players bust out "simultaneously" (as defined by the floor manager), the chip stacks that each player began the hand with will be used to determine finish order in the tournament. This applies to players busting out simultaneously at different tables as well.

30. If two players are eliminated during the same hand at the same table, the player who began that hand with the highest chip count will receive the higher place finish.

31. Management reserves the right to cancel or alter any event at its sole discretion in the best interest of the tournament or its players.

32. Tournament tables will be balanced all the time. Players will be moved from the big blind to the worst position.

33. Players are allowed to use as approved electronic devices iPods, MP3 and other music players or noise reduction headsets during Tournament play until they have reached the money in any Tournament, provided that the approved electronic devices are not used to collude or cheat in any way. Once players are in the money in any Tournament, all approved electronic devices must be removed. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

34. All cell phones and other voice-enabled electronic devices must be turned off during tournament play. Players not involved in a hand are permitted to text/email at the table, but are not permitted to text/email any other player at the table. If the EuroCityPokerTour officials or Tournament staff has reason to believe a player is communicating with another player at the table, both parties will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and face imposition of the applicable additional penalties. All players desiring to talk on a cell phone must be at least one table length away from their assigned table during all said communication. Those individuals who talk on a cell phone not at least one table length away from their assigned table shall be subject to a penalty to be determined by Tournament Staff.

35. The use of obscene or foul language in any public area of the casino at any time is strictly prohibited. Any player who uses such language, who makes a foul, profane, obscene or vulgar statement, or speaks abusively or in an intimidating manner to another player, a dealer or a Tournament staff member, will be penalized. A player will incur a penalty up to and including disqualification for any abuse towards another player or staff member. Repeated etiquette violations will result in the imposition of penalties. Examples include, but are not limited to, unnecessarily touching other players' cards or chips, delaying the game or repeatedly acting out of turn.

36. A player can be issued the following penalties: (i) verbal warning, (ii) missed hand penalty, (iii) have a hand declared dead, (iv) disqualification, (v) elimination or (vi) expulsion.

Penalties will be imposed in cases of soft-play, abuse or disruptive behavior. A penalty will also be imposed if a player throws a card off the table, forcefully mucks their cards causing one or all cards to turn over, violates the one-player-to-a-hand rule etc.

A missed hand penalty will be assessed as follows: At the beginning of the next hand, the offender will be required to miss one hand for every player (including the offender) who is at the table. A floor supervisor can assess a one-, two-, three-, or four-round penalty. While on a penalty, the offender must remain away from the table.

Players who are disqualified will not be entitled to a refund, their chips will be removed from play and their standing in the tournament will be established based on the time the chips were removed from play. Elimination from the tournament means the player will not be entitled to any prize money.

Expulsion means the offender will be banned from all future EuroCityPokerTour events.

37. Calling for the clock procedures: Once a reasonable amount of time has passed and a clock is called for, a player will be given one (1) minute to make a decision. If action has not been taken by the time the minute is over, there will be a 10-second countdown. If a player has not acted on his hand by the time the countdown is over, the hand will be dead.

38. A player who leaves a tournament at any stage, and for whatever reason, is deemed to have forfeited their game and, as such, is not entitled to claim entitlement to money on the basis of their position in that tournament.

39. In the event of any disputes arising during any EuroCityPokerTour the Tournament Director's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

SECTION V: GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. Any player playing in any event in the EuroCityPokerTour agrees to disclose their hole cards to the hidden camera at the final table and any refusal to do so could lead to disqualification from the event with no prize money being awarded and no refunds given.
